The hotel had beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool, which added to the overall pleasant ambiance of the place. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. I also enjoyed the convenience of having public transport options nearby, with a bus stop and tram stop just a short walk away.

The breakfast provided was quite basic and could have had more variety, especially in terms of the choice of bread, cheese, and ham. the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming, as their attitude seemed more focused on making money rather than providing good customer service.

The location of this hotel was great for the beach, only 1.5 km from both Praia das Macas and Praia Grande. It was within walking distance for us, although the steep hills on the way should be noted. The basic amenities in the rooms were in good condition and you should not expect more for these prices. The breakfast offered good value for money, with a small selection of cheeses and ham, fresh bread, yogurt, and coffee. It was a simple, all-you-can-eat style breakfast that had everything you would expect. The staff was attentive and provided fresh towels every day. The pool was clean and the overall attention to detail was noticeable.

My room was really big, I had air conditioning and heating plus I was very happy to find a hair dresser and all the basic cosmetich in the bathroom.

I didn't have access to the internet but on the other hand it was nice to have an offline day for a change :).

This hotel is a hidden gem in the beautiful national area of Sintra. The location is perfect, surrounded by the serene forest and majestic mountains. The rooms are clean and in good condition, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. One highlight is the breakfast, with freshly brewed coffee that starts your day off right.

The Hotel was very clean and the bed was confortable.Although the Hotel is situated on the side of the road, being winter it was very quiet. The beach is about 15 minutes walking distance.

The Hotel needs central heating. Although the room did have one of those air-conditioning/heater fixed on the wall, on my arrival I wasn't aware of it and the room was cold, more so the bathroom. The following morning, when I went to the restaurant for breakfast it was also cold and there was no staff around. The Hotel is dated. It needs pictures on the walls and some warmth. Parking is also difficult at times.

The furnishings take you back in time some 30 years, but the room seemed clean. The good thing after a long day of sightseeing - the swimming pool

The hotel's location is a little remote, but it's perfect if you want to explore non-touristy Portugal. It's great for access to the beach or Sintra, with both only a short distance away. The rooms were really clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved having a big balcony with a garden view. The staff were friendly and the service was good. For the price, the basic amenities were all there.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Sintra and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money.
